5 munite Stress Check

New for 2010

Bite size series
In response to demand we have developed a series of modules designed to be delivered over a one hour slot.

Services

Business Mentality is committed to providing information and support to managers so that they are better equipped to support staff members who may be dealing with a mental health condition. By helping those employees stay in work, rather than lose their jobs, organisations can retain their most valuable resource and save on re-recruitment costs; and staff may be prevented from falling into a downward spiral of reduced expectations, reduced status and potentially more serious mental health problems.

We offer a full consultancy service, stress risk audits and individually tailored workshops for small groups or teams.

The standard Business Mentality workshops are normally either half or full day in duration.

Additionally, as we are aware of time constraints and in response to clients' requests, we have developed a 'bite size' series. Lasting no more than 1 hour, these mini-workshops deal with one or two topics at a time and are designed to be delivered during a breakfast, lunch-time or after work slot.

Managing your own stress at work

This workshop aims to help individuals manage their own stress at work. It identifies key stress factors and explores coping mechanisms, workplace policies and best practice.

'Bite size' stress

In response to demand by busy managers, we have produced 'bite size' workshops covering all the popular topics. Each module is delivered in just 1 hour and can be delivered during a time slot to suit the client.
